I found these sites and they are extremely useful, helpful and free. The first is a great nutrition site that tells you all sorts of nutritional information about food and specific ingredients:

The second site is called The Daily Plate, you can get a free account and track all of your food consumption. I find this very helpful because if I am forced to write it down, I think twice about eating it. It also allows you to track your weight and excercise.

Did you post these or was it a computer robot? Not that you wouldn't want to let us all in on nutritional infomration but this so sounds like a weird infomercial for the dailyplate.com.
