While in D.C. we went to a lot of museums by the end of the 4th day, Chandler turned to me and said "I am done learning on my vacation!" I guess the Museum of Natural History, Museum of American History, Air and Space Museum, Insect Museum and the International Spy Museum was a little too much!

So on the final day we went to the National Zoo. Which I never went to in my previous trips. It was a great zoo but note for future visits, give Chandler allergy medicine before visiting the zoo! Poor thing must have sneezed over 150 times.

The main exhibit at the zoo are the three Panda bears. We were lucky all three were out and eating bamboo. Panda bears eat 65 lbs of bamboo a day and can not store enough body fat to hibernate. Note to self, switch to a bamboo diet.
