Here is your chance to weigh in on my wedding ring

OK. So Ken and I went looking at wedding rings over the weekend. And I have it narrowed down to four. But I am having a hard time deciding so I thought I would open it up to you to help me decide. Each ring has a carat center diamond and all of them will have a seperate diamond wedding band (two have them pictured the other two don't but have them also). All of the diamonds are the same quality and the price are all pretty much the same. So help a girl out! Let me konw what you think.

Family Reunion Update

Hi Everyone,
It sounds like we all want to go and see the Jazz, they will be playing on Monday Dec. 29th. Dad is going to get the tickets and then each family can reimburse him.
Mom and dad would like to take us all out to breakfast or lunch that day. After talking to some of you it sounds like brunch or an early lunch would be easier for your families. Maybe around 10:30-11:30 am. Does this work for you? After lunch the plan is to come to my house. Each family would bring 2 potluck items for snacks/dinner at my house. We would then wrap up the day by going to the Jazz game.
Let me know if this doesn't work or you want to do something different.
Thanks,
Monika

Kirk's Latest Art Show

Kirk's show opened on Saturday and it was amazing. His work all looked so great in the space hanging together. I was VERY proud of him! He had an awesome turn-out of a combination of friends, co-workers and art enthusiasts. I have no doubt he'll end up selling out this show. I've posted a few photos here, if you'd like to see more photos and a slideshow of the evening please go (click) HERE.

Family Reunion

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to give you an update of what I have heard for the family reunion. It is still very much in the planning stage, so I hope we can use the blog to help figure out what we are doing. Right now the date is for Monday, December 29th. One of the ideas had been to go to Hail's Theatre, but they are closed after Christmas. Dad has suggested a Jazz game, they are playing in Salt Lake that night. I have heard some concerns with younger children for going to see the Jazz. Mom and Dad wanted to take tho whole family out for breakfast or a luncheon- this would include all the grandkids. This could be done on Monday the 29th. Another idea was to come to my house and each family bring a few snacks and we hang out and let the kids play together. It sounds like most people want to do a few of these things on the same day. Any other suggestions would be great.
Also I talked to Jennifer and she really needs help on Tuesday the 30th, the day before her wedding. She will have a lot of the stuff bought, but she needs help getting it ready. She wants to decorate her rental home on Tuesday so she doesn't have to worry about it on her wedding day. Also mom and dad want to take all the adults out, including Ken's family to a dinner on Tuesday, the night before the wedding (rehersal dinner). That is still in the works, but Dad thinks it will be around 6:00 or 7:00pm.
It will be great to all be together again.

Kyle's kids came over and played twister. Some of the kids had never played before. Hannah could barely reach from one side of the game to the other, the kids were great to help her out.

Hi everyone,
It's been awhile. We are now basicaaly moved in. We are still working on getting the office/craft room organized. And we still need to get some furniture in the main family room. We love this house. It is a few blocks from Kyle and Tammy. It is great being so close to family again. Here are a few pictures of the house and a few of our view. The pictures of the house were taken as Eric and I were house hunting.
