New House

I flew to Salt Lake City over the weekend. Eric had picked out some great houses for me to see. We both fell in love with a brand new house that was in a great neighborhood. Actually, it is about 5 blocks from Kyle and Tammy's house. We made a offwr on it on Saturday, they counter offered last night. We are in the process of accepting that offer today.
It is a house made by college students going to a Tradesman school. The house is amazing! It has so many great details. It also has a layout that I love. Especially the master bedroom on the main floor. No more stairs to climb unless I want to. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs for the kids. There is a great entry and a front room with french doors leading into it. The family room has a great fireplace and is open to the kitchen and eating area. There are also huge windows, that show off an amzing view. The kitchen is huge and beautiful. It will be a great place to have parties. The downstairs has 9 foot ceilings. It doesn't feel like a basement at all. It has 2 big bedrooms, a full bath, another huge family room, and a full kitchen. There is also a huge concrete room that would make a great workshop for Eric and a theatre room.
